Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

Skrevo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support recruitment processes through AI-based analysis. The platform provides guidance and recommendations only and does not replace human judgment, interviews, or final hiring decisions. The use of the platform is governed by these Terms and applicable law. 1. Nature of the Service: Skrevo performs automated analysis of job descriptions and candidate CVs. The results are purely informational in nature. No guarantee is provided regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform does not perform automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. 2. User Responsibilities: The User guarantees that they have a lawful basis (e.g. consent or legitimate interest) for processing all personal data. The User is responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.). The account must be used only by authorized persons, and login credentials must be kept confidential. The service may be used only for internal recruitment purposes. The results are for guidance only and must not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the recruitment process. Reverse-engineering, scraping, and any unauthorized access are strictly prohibited. 3. Subscriptions and Payments: Access to Skrevo requires a paid subscription. The subscription begins from the date the payment for the selected plan (e.g. monthly) is received. Fees are paid in advance. Currently, payments are made via bank transfer to the specified account; in the future, card payments (e.g. via Stripe) may be supported. All fees are exclusive of VAT or other taxes (added where applicable by law). The User is responsible for any bank fees. In case of non-payment, Skrevo may immediately suspend or terminate the subscription (the service is provided conditionally upon payment). Subscriptions are valid for a calendar month or according to the period for which the User has subscribed and successfully paid. 4. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment, unless explicitly required by law. By purchasing a subscription, the User waives the right to request a refund once the service has started. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (e.g. 14-day period for distance contracts for consumers), Skrevo will refund only the amounts required by law (no additional compensation or credits are provided). In exceptional cases, Skrevo may, at its sole discretion, provide: - extended access - service-based compensation - partial or full refund. 5. Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions do not renew automatically by default. To continue using the service, the User must manually pay for the next period. In the future, where automatic renewal is enabled, Skrevo will require explicit consent and will notify the User of the renewal date, conditions, and amount, as required by law. The User may cancel the subscription at any time through their account or, if payment was made via bank transfer, by sending an email to Skrevo confirming the cancellation. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no refunds are issued for unused time and no further charges are applied. 6. Termination: Skrevo may suspend or terminate the User’s access without prior notice in case of non-payment, breach of the Terms, unlawful use, security risks, or illegal activity. In such cases, access is terminated immediately, and any unused period is forfeited (no refunds). Skrevo may also terminate access at any time with notice (e.g. due to changes in legislation). 7. AI and Third-Party Services: Analysis results are generated using artificial intelligence (e.g. OpenAI) and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a human evaluation of candidates and do not make legally significant decisions (no automated decision-making under Article 22 GDPR). All algorithms, architecture, AI logic and prompts, methods, and outputs are the intellectual property of Skrevo and are protected by copyright law. Skrevo is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services. 8. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrevo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) related to the use of the service. The total liability of Skrevo is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant subscription period, but not more than the last 6 months, whichever is lower. 9. Service Availability: The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 10. Force Majeure: Skrevo shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (including technical failures, third-party providers, network issues, etc.). 11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU legislation (and, where applicable, UK or international regulations). Disputes shall be resolved by the Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. 12. Changes: Skrevo reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
